I seriously need to create and put up some more artwork! My pen nibs are old and giving me gruff. I need new ones desperately. It's making my pen strokes look sketchy as the nibs catch the paper and pull up paper fibers or bend wrong. It looks like I'm going to have to stick with pencil, micron and brush pens, and I always have trouble with micron black ink running when I go over it with a colored brush pen, and the black ink not matching up between the black pens and brushes, so they might look fine in person, but when scanned or photographed, the difference becomes obvious and looks horrid. I'll find a fix for it soon enough though. I

My work will be available for viewing from April 16 through May 14 at the Texas County Museum of Art in Licking MO. The Museum is open Monday and Tuesday at 11am - 5pm. Most of my original charcoal and pencil works will be displayed as well as a few of my ink and acrylic works, 14-17 pieces in all. All original art will be for sale for those that might want to purchase it. This is my first art display in a long time, so I am really excited for the opportunity.
